My clients ordered Kissee for new construction inspections at each phase of construction. The inspector was ALWAYS on time, knowledgable and explained items clearly. As their agent, I was very impressed with their service and will add them to my referral list. I feel very confident recommending Kissee Inspection Services.

Mark Kissee did a marvelous job inspecting the house and going over all the deficiencies and unfinished items he was able to pick up. He was very thorough and comprehensive in his efforts to inspect. He referenced several codes (NEC, IBC, etc.) to pin point the elements while inspecting to follow a systematic process. He provided the report the same day that was easy to understand and follow. I would highly recommend Kissee Inspection Services! Thank you for a job well done!!

I just use Mark Kissee for the second time And there’s a reason I came back to him. His knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism give me great peace of mind when making the huge investment with buying a home. Kissee has saved me thousands of dollars pointing out issues, defects and problems on the front end, allowing me to negotiate with the seller before closing. I highly recommend Mark and his team.
